Lindsay Baker

Lindsay has been doing accounting for more than 25 years. Construction is the newest chapter.  She joined in June of 2025 as a Senior Accountant, was promoted to Assistant Controller three months later, and moved into the Controller seat at Marnell Masonry that December. Three roles in eighteen months is not an accident. 

She came in knowing the numbers cold and learned the trade from the inside out, which is exactly the combination a masonry company needs in that chair. Job costing, cash flow, and month-end close in construction are their own animal, and she picked it up fast. 

Lindsay is originally from Oregon, where both of her grown sons still live. When she’s not at Marnell she’s out on the UTV with her husband, or people-watching  which, as she’ll tell you, Las Vegas is uniquely qualified for. Family is the whole thing.
