Manny has spent seven years as an automotive technician and service operator, the last two with Hirschi. He was hired on as a Level 2 tech working night shift, and when the chance came to run the shop and yard at Marnell Masonry, he took it. 

That’s the whole job now, keeping the equipment running and the yard moving so crews hit the job site with what they need, when they need it. It’s the kind of work nobody notices until it stops happening, and Manny makes sure it doesn’t stop. 

He holds several automotive certifications. Outside of work he’s usually outdoors  fishing, shooting, or in the garage with a car apart on the floor.
