Marnell Projects—A Lifetime of Dedication

Excalibur (1988)
Marnell Masonry built Excalibur on a tight deadline with CMU and steel reinforcement. Despite enormous pressures to ensure the unique casino and resort was ready by its opening date, Marnell delivered a structure that is an icon of the Las Vegas strip.

The Mirage (1987)
Marnell Masonry was responsible for installing all the structural CMU for The Mirage casino resort; all the natural stone work throughout the hotel; as well as the parking garage structure, screen walls, retaining walls, and other masonry work on the elevators.

Cimmaron High School (1991)
Marnell Masonry established all the structural CMU for Cimmaron High School, including the gym, cafeteria, theater, offices, and its 100+ classrooms.
This extensive project also included the structure for the ball field restroom and all retaining walls around the property.

Resorts World (2014)
Genting Group, owner of the Resorts World brand, approached Marnell Masonry to build all structural CMU across the extensive property, including a large amount on the pool deck. We also oversaw the precast and the custom, decorative block work throughout the food court.
Other details we worked on included the parking garages, elevators, back of house walls, pool decks, planters, and other retaining walls.
